Ventilated facade coverings were developed to protect buildings against the combined action of rain and wind by counterbalancing the effect of water beating on the walls and keeping the building dry, whilst offering a highly aesthetic appearance and the undisputed advantage of heat insulation and soundproofing.

Raised access flooring systems are designed to accomodate the requirement for an uninterrupted environment and for cabling and pipe-work systems within the same space. The provision of a dryremovable system allows speedy alteration and system maintenance, without the need for building works, leading to considerable saving in time, cost and disruption.
